How often do I need to change the water in my hot tub?
BISHTA (British and Irish Spa & Hot Tub Association) recommend changing your water at least once every three months.
This is necessary because, however well you look after your water, there’s a limit to how much chlorine or bromine you can add before the water becomes saturated.
Can I service my own hot tub?
You can change your water or valet your own hot tub if you would like.
However, if you don't fancy it or aren't quite sure what to do then one of our engineers would be happy to help.
We don't recommend you do your own servicing as it could invalidate your warranty.
How long does a visit take?
The engineers are normally onsite anywhere between 2 and 4 hours - subject to your water pressure.
