Once you’ve placed your order we’ll arrange for one of our engineers to visit your home and conduct a site survey. They’ll confirm how we’ll deliver your hot tub and advise you on the best way to set it up.
We’ll then return on your chosen delivery date to deliver and install your hot tub.
Unlike many online retailers, all our hot tubs come with full commissioning and handover included. We’ll fill your spa for you, treat your water and then teach you how to operate and maintain your hot tub.
